I hate changing my pump site. I have no body fat and tend to hit either capillaries or muscle. I have found that if I do a site change it hurts less if I do it AFTER I get out of the poolđź‘Ś
Does it also hurt less after a long shower or a hot tub?

wouldn’t know; i never bathe.
but seriously, when i am fresh out of the pool, my body is still “frozen” numb, so i don’t feel the needle much.
