Instead of EdgePark, we can now order directly from Insulet

We have had to order OmniPods for many years from EdgePark. We had numerous issues over the years with them. We just found out that UHC now has a direct relationship with Insulet. We switched 2 weeks ago. Insulet appears to be a less problem-prone way to order.

If you are having problems with EdgePark, check if your insurance company will now let you order from Insulet!

Glad you get to order direct. Our current insurance requires us to order direct, and there are still issues from time to time, but nothing like when using a 3rd party.
