That web site is a nightmare on acid. It’s something that requires special qualifications, like the one your endo’s “medical billing specialist” has, to know where to look; I just use Goggle and a knowledge of a few keywords; “billing code” is a good one.
Looking at the graph, I can see why you questioned it. It does look a bit jumpy compared to a smoother trend. Good that things settled later though. I think a lot of people debate whether to replace it or wait it out.
