It was somewhat slim-pickings, but we were still able to get enough goodies from the store to make a nice Easter basket.
And I was lucky enough to be able to find a leg of lamb, so I am working on dinner.

We were scraping to get stuff. I had to go into our âemergency stashâ to get rice. But I was happy how everything turned out.
I keep trying to save a buck and getting the âbutchers cutâ of meat which doesnât make as well for Holliday pics but is increasing my apocalypse skill index

Better than our meal was our son and his wife coming to visit for a few hours. We havenât seen them since our isolation began, but the weather was so beautiful that they came and spent a few hours outside, 6 feet away, wearing masks - with us. Especially wonderful since we are out of the country most Easterâs.
