This is a terrific review. Gary Scheiner carries a lot of trust in my book.

Some of his conclusions:

  • FAST

  • short duration means no long lows

  • can be too short duration to take care of long-acting carbs in one inhalation

  • good combo for people on pump and on MDI

  • Afrezza issues can be dealt with by training

Anyone interested in Afrezza should really read his review. My impression is that he is sticking with Afrezza for himself. This is a GREAT endorsement.
