For the BG meter holder, all you need is a

1. a Contour Next One meter (not the big grandma version of the Contour, get the Next One version…)
2. some small elastic band
3. sewing thread or braided fishing line (which is much stronger than thread)
4. a sweatband

ʷʰʸ did I imagine this as a head sweatband with a meter attached
