Thanks for the heads up. Since Dexcom knows the serial numbers of our receivers I assume they will send the notice to owners of bad receivers. I’ve got one I bring on trips as a backup in case my phone dies or is lost.
I received the notification via email from ADS, my Dexcom distributor. This despite me not using any component of the G6 System in several years. I think Dexcom would only notify people directly if they ship directly to patients.
