Interesting read, as @elver says, lots of spin. Looks like normal company struggling with growth. Hope they get things worked out soon.

I reordered sensors last week. Customer rep said it would be 10 days before they shipped. Two hours later I got an email that said they shipped. I recieved my order today.

Maybe they are getting caught up and have some stock for orders???
