I had one today that was in that perfect window.
I had low BG, I needed a little snack, and there was a banana that was the perfect ripeness that had not already been devoured by my boys.
It was a very rare opportunity when the stars were all aligned. It does not happen much.

I had two this morning because they were getting a little too ripe and the boys here also hadn’t devoured them yet.
