Daylight savings time ends tonight (November 1st) in the US

If you live in an area on DST, remember to adjust your pump’s time settings to “fall back” 1 hour. Happy Hallowe’en! :jack_o_lantern:

In addition to clock on pump, don’t forget to update meter(s) and smart pens. And while we’re at it, the bi-annual lancet change

I know to change the clock on my pump, but do I need to move back the hourly profile basal settings, too?

also, does anyone have temporary goofy BGs during the beginning of daylight savings time?

No, changing the time on your pump makes the hourly profile correct for the new time.

If you changed both, your basal profile would be off!
