This was interesting to read. It talks a little bit about how food started to become processed over the years. Nothing specific to 'betes in here, but still interesting.

That is an interesting read. I’m assuming since they didn’t actually mention Mac and cheese, that the cheesy gold goodness doesn’t make the naughty list of things to avoid. 
. Now…if they only made Mac and cheese donuts…
