3 months after surgery less insulin sensitive

Post surgery before the big spikes started I was able to eat 50 to 100g with lots of protein and some fats. BG was reasonable and my weight stable.

After the spikes started I been eating 30 to 60g max. BG better, not as good as before.

Prior to the cancer diagnosis I was eating 24g breakfast, 40g lunch and dinner. Once a week or 2 I would have a 75g taco meal after a long bike ride.

I hope to get back to that.

@CarlosLuis My standard has been about 30-45/meal, but lately have increased it for dinner to 50-70; I think the results of FP calls have emboldened me… Seems the greater the carb load, the greater potential for inaccurate dosing! C’est la, we can do what we can do… Do or do not, there is no try! (Any other euphemisms can we throw at it?!)
