The insulin is Novo Humalog. It’s bloody brilliant to be working so well this late in its life!

I keep my metal insulin pen in my pocket, and on most days it is quite warm to the touch. Of course leaving the same penfil with the same needle in place doesn’t help.
Maybe that’s why I have to eat so many donuts
