Terrible Customer Service from Dexcom Sales

Yes, that part is on them! But it makes Dexcom’s inefficiency way too burdensome to deal with. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a fan of the US insurance industry either, not in the slightest. Although at least my insurance company is generally better at communication with me than Dexcom is.

It’s a shame there isn’t a senior management level Dexcom employee lurking on this website. And, if there is why don’t they speak to the user assertions being levied against them? Frankly I would be ashamed, growth pains or not.

NEVER. ONLY ISSUE WAS I HAD A QUESTION ABOUNT A EMAIL I GOT ABOUNT A new G6 app being released in Dec. 2025. Now one could answer a question I had. No one responding from Dexcom knew abount a change
