Tandem mobile app (Android) constantly losing connection with pump

I have the same issue with my Samsung Galaxy S22.

I have an iPhone SE and when I switched the pairing over to the iPhone, the issue disappeared. The iPhone would lose the BT connection (because it and the pump were out of range) but when they were back in range, the connection was restored.

As @elver has pointed out here, you can force close the app but for me, that takes more effort than just toggling bluetooth.

Great advice! I usually stay in the Beta channel with auto updates and only roll back to stable when things are seriously wonky.

Yeah, mine is S23. A lot of reviews on the app store with same issue. Frustrating.

Unfortunately, no. I really think it is mostly an issue for Android users.

I think I have another update that I need to download to my pump. Maybe they will sneek in a fix.
