Search FDA reports 2026

To type 1 & type 2 diabetics i would suggest you do the homework for yourself. The FDA just sent a warning letter to Ozempic for not disclosing all the side effects of Ozempic. There is research all over various websites. Including clinical studies . Do the homework yourself. Stop believing big pharmaceutical. Look at all the lawsuits they have been in. And as far as Ai for investigation tool. It pulls up only what’s available on the web!

What does Ozempic have to do with insulin use? How does it produce harmful side effect in insulin use? I don’t use Ozempic, just curious!

Yes Ozempic has side effects, but your post title is confusing as Ozempic is not any kind of insulin. The only thing they have in common is the method of delivery and they are both peptides. This is the second post of your on Ozempic side effect with the post title mentioning insulin side effects. It is confusing to say the least.

For me, the harmful side effects of insulin are not quite as bad as the harmful side effects of NOT using insulin.

@Ran1240 I’m reasonably good at researching issues and haven’t found anything regarding insulin side effects other than the common ones of taking too much (sweating, dizziness, confusion, etc…..i.e. hypoglycemia) or taking too little (DKA, and other standard hyperglycemia results). I’d be glad to look at whatever you’ve identified that are other than these standards.

I tend to agree with @Eric, the side effects of NOT taking insulin for a T1 and some T2s are a bummer! (Yes, I’m probably showing my age using that word!) We don’t take insulin because we like sticking ourselves multiple times a day (OK, there’s Allison over there…just kidding!). We take insulin to live. We’re not taking it for our pleasure, were not getting “high,” or anything else like that. However, if @Ran1240 has something we need to be aware of, please bring it on; point out an article or study we can read or refer to that’s about an insulin product, not Ozempic or other GLP-1. I’m not challenging your logic, just asking for your help in understanding your statement.
