Start with the Dexcom G5 Mobile,
And select either the Tandem t:slim x2 or the Insulet Dexcom,
And complete a patient survey

Then:
$200 rebate. (I think, I didn’t read all the details)

Also says if you upgrade to a G5! Might be a good time for those with a G4 to jump on upgrading to the G5 if it’s something they want to do. Great link!
