@jbowler You’re right, its there, if I or people of Express Scripts/Tricare had broken the code or “knew” what was there. Sadly, we did not. Since the numbers didn’t match or have the same format or have the same leading or trailing numbers or have the breakdown of what the heck “(01)” or “(10)” or whatever means. Express Scripts/Tricare, somewhere in their bureaucracy lost sight of what their customer knows and does not know, and provide useful information rather than individual data points. Instead, they provided just enough data to scare people and since their own people didn’t know, drive their customers elsewhere for information, and limit their legal liability (we told you…it took us 51 days, but we told you).

In the end, its over, I’m safe, no impact, and Express Scripts/Tricare grievance submitted so hopefully they improve their process. I hope those impacted received more timely notifications from others…like members here on FUD helped spread…and were taken care of.

Thanks for the additions @CarlosLuis. Glucagon was not on there.

As a humorous side-note, at the time this NDC list was first put together way back in 2018, neither Baqsimi or Gvoke had been released yet. We’ve been here longer than they have!

Minor point; the entry for Fiasp is in the wrong place. It’s rapid acting not basal. It’s not clear to me how much we need this list. I asked the Google AI, “What is the NDC for Fiasp.” It came up with this:

  • 3 mL FlexTouch Pen: NDC 00169-3204-15
  • 3 mL PenFill Cartridge: NDC 00169-3205-15 [1]

But the link, curiously, is to ashp.org “current drug shortages”, so most likely the result isn’t reliable. All the same I tried Lyumjev (I’m on 10mL vials now) and got a good set of numbers; the number for the 10mL vials exactly matched the number on my boxes.

I think it’s a good example of where, ATM, the AI is doing something useful.

The top list is a wiki, so any Level3 and above can mod it. Anyone of us old timers can edit it, so that the top post always has the most current information.

Since it is all version controlled, we can always reverse back if there is a problem.
