Do Women Need to Change their Meal Boluses During High Hormone (Insulin Resistant) Weeks?

Continuing the discussion from Basal Rates and Hormones: Yup. Yup. Yup. I’m still wrestling with the basal and bolus relationships throughout different hormone phases (i.e. different insulin resistance phases). But it seems to me from my experience, if I am resistant to basal insulin, I’m going to be resistant to bolus insulin, as well.
