Yes, if the PDM is in range, and the error is correct.

Probably depends on who you talk to. I am kind of unusual in how I make things fail.

The FDA has specific rules regarding Type 1 device failures, but as long as they are consistent with what they document, they can usually get by.

They keep a list of problems they are currently focusing on; most times when I call, the person on the phone says they need to check the list to see if “they” will want the pod returned, and they’ve told me the list changes. For a while when I was reporting leaking pods, they wanted them back, and then suddenly they didn’t anymore. I’m surprised you’ve never been asked to return any; I’ve been asked to return most of mine. Maybe it’s a Canadian thing. Or maybe a FedEx pickup is cheaper from where I am than from rural Wisconsin.:wink:
