DPAC asks for reps from the following states

Advocacy is most powerful when it represents the entire nation.

For DPAC’s 2026 Community Hill Day in Washington, D.C., our goal is to ensure that no legislative district is left out of the conversation. We are looking for dedicated advocates to join us in shaping policy for accessible and equitable care.

If you are based in one of the following states, we especially encourage you to apply:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming

Your perspective is the key to moving critical legislation forward. Apply TODAY to help us represent your state – portal closes permanently on May 1:Microsoft Forms

They fly you to DC to speak with members. They pay for your hotel and flight.

You get a stack of bills to speak with them about.
You can kinda cherry pick the bills that you feel comfortable talking about.

I pick PBM reform bills. You might pick something else. Sometimes they need people to discuss biosimilars. They have a special subgroup to talk about Medicare policy.

It’s totally exhausting, but you meet incredible diabetics doing incredible things. It requires around 3 days from you.

Let me look thru my docs and find example bills from previous sessions that they have sent people to work on. My files on this topic are a mess. Darn it. I can’t drop PDFs into FUD.
