@sam, I still have no problems with the G7 adhesive, and no problems with the little overpatch they supply with each sensor. I still use a 4x4 Tegaderm over the top, so their overpatch just makes the sensor a little less severe bump on the arm. I am not sweating off any sensors with that arrangement.
