Years ago the dietician at my endo’s clinic provided what we used to call exchange lists. The difference though was the carb factor was also in brackets beside the food.
I am really strict with using it while at home as I want this to be correct when I’m playing with other things that impact my control.
I find it very helpful at this point in my life but wouldn’t have bothered as a child or younger adult.
Thanks so much. I’m not sure who first introduced me to cf, and I find it very helpful for some foods such as fruits.
