My son’s on the Tslim Control IQ. Lately, maybe every few weeks, it gives us an “altitude alarm” and says the pump can’t be restarted. We live at sea level. We’ve restarted it a few times and that seems to fix it but it always comes back.
Does anyone know what this is about? What could be triggering it if it’s not going to altitude. And is there a way to fix it permanently, or do we need to ask for a replacement?

@TiaG I remember reading that people flying were having this issue, and part of the solution was to ensure that the 6 little holes on the back of the pump near the charge port door were clean and not obstructed. Maybe the inverse is also true?
