I read this and it made my blood boil. So, so unethical. There is no doubt that people are dying as a direct result of these policies and practices by PBMS, insurance companies and pharmas.

Well written article expressing the frustration of the pharmacy “game”. Hopefully our elected officials take some action. It would be nice to see how much each Congressman and Senator take from the Pharma industry called out as well.

This just reboils my blood.
I’ve said it many times. The easiest place to start would be a new law prohibiting rebates of any kind, at all levels of the pharmaceutical chain, except to the end consumer.
PBM’s would scream, but that’s because they would now have to work for their money.

100% agree. Who except the pbm themself could possibly oppose this? It doesn’t seem that difficult.
