The Basaglar and Lantus debate reminds me of this joke: A mathematician and a carpenter discuss… You are sitting on a park bench, and on the opposite end is a beautiful girl. The mathematician says, “If I move closer to her, but each time I only move half the distance that is between us, the series is infinite. So there will always be some finite distance that is between us.” And the carpenter thinks for a moment and responds, “Well…I bet I’d get close enough for all practical purposes…”.
