ROFL, that is too funny. The Hollywood version is actually a bit more correct but not pg when it shows the offer being made not by Big Pharma but a beefy guy named Big Parma (you get it? Parma as in prosciutto, ham?) at the harbor and the guy got a baseball cap, $200 and a concrete block tied to his ankles.

I think generally, there was too much confusion on dosing, especially for those using IC ratios, carb counting. I use afrezza, and my last script took 2 weeks to get it right, so the pharmacist could fill it. If they could do it over, I think much more education would need to show how it is dosed much differently. Maybe new patients, starting insulin, especially T2 could have had easier startup.
I asked endo if he had other patients using, and said no, because no one asked for it like I did.

My idea would really help with this issue and here it is -
do not refer to the cartridges as “units”. We have a mental concept regarding units as a measurement for injected insulin. For some that is a sticking point in the beginning.
