Plain yellow mustard stops muscle cramps NOW

Not just mustard stops leg cramps (I have some packets in my bathroom, and travel with some packets), but also apple cider vinegar, kim chee, and pickle juice. There is a scientific reason for this, and it has to do with specific types of taste receptors on the tongue. There was a program on the Peoples Pharmacy regarding this; the scientists, who were runners, researched this and came up with a formulated gel that is now sold in running stores (sorry don’t know the name).
Low Mg can also cause cramps, and Mg capsules (450 mg) before bed can help.
