Never had a Strategy Before with Lows: Today I closed my Eyes

Lows always feel so much worse to me in stores than at home. They just feel faster, more bewildering, less contained in stores. Not sure if that is just a Me thing or if it is common with others?

I actually had to come up with a safety plan in order to walk into Target. I swear I think it’s the lights. Or the products. Or the children. I crashed into their jewelry display one time. And bought half the store another. I’m both their best and worst customer thanks to diabetes.
