Not sure if anyone else does this, but I find it useful. For your pod expiration, the PDM only shows the date. Plus, you have to turn the PDM on to see it. I am not as aware of dates as I am the day-of-the week, and this is useful for me to remember my expiration day and time. I also write on there which insulin I filled it with, because I change that around often, and they are all a bit different.
