How long EXACTLY does an Omnipod pod last?

All in all it worked out like this,
I filled the Pod and waited 1hr 40minutes

I then primed the Pod and put it on straight away and wore it for the normal use 72hrs,

Then I got an extra 6hrs and 13 minutes of use. So I lost 1hrs & 40minutes from the Bonus 8hours.

All I can say is the Pods 80hours of life starts from the first beep the Pods makes. (And more to the point I now know)

Now that we have OmniPod 5, does anyone have experience with the 8 hour “grace period” with OmniPod 5? I am on my first Pod today.

Yes the Omnipod 5 has the same 8 hour grace period as older versions of pods. Enjoy the new device!
