Wow, only 200 a year! I use the Dexcom G5 with xDrip+. When the G5 is working well I might only use a couple of sticks each day just to make sure the G5 is accurate. After having replaced the G5 sensor I usually use between 6 and 8 sticks a day until the required accuracy is obtained. I am very fortunate that my provider does not charge for the sticks. My provider is a non-profit HMO that wants it’s patients to be healthy. Try to get whatever provider you have to at least double the number of sticks.
