I have high potassium too at 5.2 but this is in addition to low salt levels.
There may be concern if you have any surgery scheduled.
An operation I had was almost cancelled because of high potassium and low salt levels.

Good to note! I have 2 upcoming surgeries booked. I too have low sodium, chronically.

Make sure your potassium levels are good too - think they may go hand in hand.

Interesting - they have me on furosemide as well. My potassium was high and my salt was low!
