Hello All,

My name is Darcie and I have a T1D son. In my photo are my two sons. This photo was taken at Niagara Falls, July 9, 2017. It was the first day my youngest son (blonde in the back) presented with systems. When we arrived back from our trip 2 days later we went to the doctor where we got “The News”. That was July 11, 2017. George was 15 years old. We are now just nine days away from our first full year of this disease. He is currently part of the T-Rex Sanford Clincial Study. We are currently using the Medtronic 670G. Today I had George go back into MM to try and get better control. AM just kept him too high for too long.

My hope is to continue to learn more so I can help my son be successful at a disease that is ever changing.
