T1 | Diag. 1971 | DexG7, xDrip+
I am a T1 diagnosed at age 28. I keep in shape with bicycle riding and weight workouts. I run the Bicycle Helmet Safety Institute (https://helmets.org) Have been pumping since about the turn of the century, currently on a Tandem T1 pump and Dexcom G7. I keep track with xDrip+ and a Bluejay GTS watch. That combination bought my a1C down from over 9 to about 6.5. My TDD is about 30 units of Novolog per day, and I take no other meds. My icon came from a trip to Disneyland. Glad to hear from anybody.
