Medicines

• Metformin - lowest dose made me sick, no effect, discontinued

• Berberine - ineffective

• Glipizide - treatment for MODY, seemed to worked initially, then no response, discontinued

• Harmine - regrows beta cells. Currently undergoing trial. May work.
