I am a type 1 diabetic of 53 years, aged 68. I have been a pump user -for 10 years, I used Accu-Chek , but have recently started on the T slim alongside Dexcom G6. It’s taken me longer than I would have liked, to get used to this new equipment. I’m currently wanting advice on what smart watch and app to use with my G6. I am a retired RGN. I used to be very lively and active until 4 years ago, when a bout of pneumonia left me with ME, which has drastically altered my life. 53 years with T1D is a walk in the park compared with 4 years of ME!
