About Us.
We are a family of 4 living with Type 1 Diabetes.
Our son was diagnosed in January of 2019 at the age of 10.

We have been learning all we can since that diagnosis date.

Our son currently uses the Dexcom G6 which is a love hate relationship. We are trying to figure out why the sensors do not like him and constantly fail. We really love what Dexcom has as a product and what their future looks like, but the road for use has been bumpy with the equipment.

Our son has also chosen to go with the Omnipod as a insulin pump. We are in the waiting process for it now though. Currently he has been insulin pen with Humalog and Lantus.

All in all, he has been awesome at figuring out this new lifestyle. Hopefully we can find all the best tools for him to succeed on his own.
