Pancreatitis damage caused 3c 15 years ago. it has progressed over time to pretty much total destruction of any insulin production…started on dexcom about 6 months ago and omnipod for about 1 week now. currently requiring about 60 units of insulin per day. health care providers are so conservative (worried about lows) that it has been difficult to get my pod programmed to give sufficient to prevent highs, but I am working it out
