Well I was blaming prednisone. I’m in the last week of tapering off prednisone. I’m in the last week of tapering off prednisone. I changed cartridge and set the same day I started 5 mg ;prednisone. I was having a terrible time with BG spiking high. This moi woke at 200mg/dl. That’s very unusual. I did two corrections but it just kept climbing. Time to mainline 😃. I did 6u IM and it started falling like a rock. I ate a ham and cheese on rye sandwich and did my Tuesday morning workout with my trainer. BG started rising again 💡😲 I stopped insulin, popped out the cartridge added insulin to it and used a new set. Voila! Working much better.
