Is the follow me app still able to be used with using the apk xdrip? Will my childs Endo team still be able to get her readings if we use this apk to get it going on her phone?

I don’t use follow, but I think xDrip settings are under here to share data.

Settings  
DATA SYNC  
Cloud Update
