# When Good CGMs Go Bad. :D

What I would really love (and I have asked the SugarMate developer this question and he said it would be available in future release(s)…but this is before he was bought out), are phone calls for these types of situations…during disconnects and during prolonged highs. Currently there are only alerts (which I hear 0% of).

That does sound like a great improvement. Wow that is an amazingly tight control you are getting from the loop algo. Grats.
