# Tylenol and Dexcom G5

Once again using acetaminophen with my Dexcom. At my most recent calibration, 3 hours into my dose when it should be at full effect, Dex read 129 (horizontal), meter 113, which is a little more of a spread than usual for me, but not bad at all. I think for me, it may raise the Dex estimates, but only very slightly. Considering I’m still in some pain even maxxed out on ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and a prescription muscle relaxant, I feel like the trade-off _for me_ is very worth it in these kinds of moments.
