For a serious technical evaluation of Dr. Faustmann’s work, you may wish to have a look at [Current Research into Cures for Type-1 Diabetes: Dr. Faustman Publishes Follow On BCG Data From Phase-I Trial](https://cureresearch4type1diabetes.blogspot.com/2018/07/dr-faustman-publishes-follow-on-bcg.html)  
or more generally, [Current Research into Cures for Type-1 Diabetes: Faustman](https://cureresearch4type1diabetes.blogspot.com/search/label/Faustman) It’s been mentioned on this site several times before, for instance [Dr. Faustman Publishes Follow On BCG Data From Phase-I Trial - #2 by TiaG](https://forum.fudiabetes.org/t/dr-faustman-publishes-follow-on-bcg-data-from-phase-i-trial/4540/2)

This line of work appears to be not nearly as promising as one would wish, and I think you may have been tricked into jumping to an unwarranted conclusion.
