My supplier CCS Medical says there’s a shortage of auto-soft 30 infusion sets, so they are sending me the auto-soft 90, which are not so easy to use. Has any other supplier experienced such shortages. CCS Medical says they don’t know when they will get the auto-soft 30s. I have already had two of the auto-soft 90s malfunction when I tried to insert them; they did not fully inject under the skin. Thanks for your responses. ---

@Jess41 I use Autosoft XC supplied by CCS Med. Shipment before last was Autosoft 90. This is what I first got with my pump 6 years ago. I complained (who me) about the problem disconnecting and reconnecting for a shower. Someone here or at the TuD site suggested the XCs. WOW those are so much easier. Unlike you I never had sets fail with either one. I am interested if there is a widespread issue on Tandem, Medtronic (whatever they call themselves now) and Twiist sets from CCS Med or other suppliers.. ---

So they substituted the Varisoft 90, which doesn’t have auto-insertion. I’m managing but would prefer the auto infusion sets. Hope they come back soon. ---

Just a quick update - I got my auto infusions sets from my regular supplier - they are back in stock. I like them better than the Verisoft which the supplier substituted.
