@Eric, is it possible to write a wiki on the use of ACE inhibitors for the prevention of kidney disease in diabetics?
@britt_j, it is clear why reducing variability would be good in general, but why does it decrease the likelihood of kidney disease?
I can try. I am not an authority on it though.
Hyperglycemia drives micro- and macro vascular complications. Hyperlipidemia and high blood pressure exacerbate both.
