# T;Connect app disconnects

For the last week I get the following message on the app.

This is on an iPhone. To reconnect I have to shut the phone down and restart.

Anyone else seeing this.

Typically this only happens when I’m laying on my pump or it is blocked in some way. I don’t believe I’ve ever had to restart. I’m also an android user so that probably helps🤷‍♂️

It’s not the same as losing connection with the pump to the phone. I get that often from my big cat using my pump for a pillow. I’ll get an alert, but not the message I posted.

No Sir, Never seen that one ( 6 Month Pumper) ?? My pump disconnects from the G-6, 10 -15 times a week !! EVEN when the pump is in my shirt pocket & I wear my G-6 on my left peck (3" away) !!! Drives me nuts. Tandem will do nothing about it. Dang thing has tried to kill me in my sleep half a dozen times !!! Not placing the pump face down on my appendix while sleeping has helped but not stopped it totally. When I’m low riding at 70 & the pump goes blind for any length of time, 3U an hour basil makes for a rude awaking !! ☹ ☹
