That makes no sense. It should be a 1:1 dosage… of course a little fine tuning might end up being needed but that is not the right idea…

@Leftyonehand That seems very conservative. When I went to Tresiba from Toujeo I started my titration from 70u Toujeo to 56u Tresiba, and eventually settled on 44u Tresiba.

I actually just called the doc. It was the nurse practitioner that put me on the 20 units. He suggested that we start with 50 units then see where it takes us. Thanks for your response to my inquiry.
