The tech didn’t offer any ideas…and I didn’t ask 'cos I was due to leave for an appointment.
I bet there is a distinct increase in failed PODS this time of year due to a very dry atmosphere along with extra clothes (I know I am a static monster every time I take off a coat/sweater). I have heard many remedies to this including attaching duct tape to the pod–to spraying with anti-static spray-to somehow attaching dryer sheets.
Or you could just add the humidifier to your furnace, although I kind of like the thought of FUDer’s running around with dryer sheets attached to their pod sites.
I have a much less comical solution than running around with a dryer sheet attached. But it doesn’t sound near as exciting or amazing.
I simply go about my business as usual. And any pod that fails, I call the company and get them to send a replacement pod.
I know, that’s boring, isn’t it?
Thanks Chris, I needed a good laugh.
@Eric, I don’t like your solution as much: I like the idea of running around with dryer sheets, in particular if you are wearing your pod on your rear
