Trying to find some tasty delicious “treats” that don’t spike blood sugars like crazy. The Ezekiel raisin bread spikes me.

Have not seen that, thanks! Looks good.  
I just happen to have my 3 go-to snack bars, here they are: 12 to 20+ g carbs, depending on how hungry/low trending I am. None of these cause a fast spike but will raise slowly to spike territory unless timed perfectly to arrest a dropping BG.
